I'm a government employee, but I always keep a little money stashed away for these furloughs.

shutdowns suck but why are we acting like this doesn't ever happen?
There was a shutdown for like a month over the damn border wall I'm prett sure people didn't get food assistance ontime and I forget what else. But Republicans don't care about poor people so what's new

50% of Americans are on the government tit. There needs to be a major fu#king upheaval and cleansing anyway. Not just WIC and SNAP but actual fu#king programs and just errors. Over 2 decades 2.4 TRILLION dollars were wasted on just payment errors. fu#king ERRORS. TRILLIONS.
1.7 BILLION maintaining government buildings that NOBODY IS OCCUPYING.
Duplicate programs all kinds of fu#king wasteful spending. They create a spending oversight committee every fu#king month in every fu#king state just to find out how much is wasted. THEN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Nothing will be interrupted. The most impacted will be military not getting paid, employees furloughed, WIC and SNAP getting cut or delayed depending on your states surplus. SS checks delayed.
FAA employees will still have to work, just won't get paid. If they call in sick there will be delays and flight issues. But other than that. Business as usual.

The bottom line is this country wastes more money, tenfold, than it recieves from hard working tax paying citizens.

This ain't Democrat or republican it's been going on for decades by both the fu#kers.
And we get left holding the bag. 15% of your check gonna turn into 30% then 50%, before essentially we ALL just become Government employees in the private sector.

Oh yea, and cuz they won't do sh1t about climate change, wild a$s weather patterns will continue and your insurance rates skyrocket or don't get covered at all.
