Tony gives tons of money away, he's usually just dealing with cosmic threats left and right and running his philanthropy operations is more than a full time job. It's somewhat mentioned in the MCU but in the comics he does quite a bit of charity work.

And tbh people expect a lot less out of Tony than Bruce. Tony is always Tony masked or not, Bruce is just Batman's cover. He's far too busy prowling the streets to pay attention to the little things like the Wayne Foundation.

Batman does the exact same things you’re giving Tony props for. He only prowls the streets at night and is very involved with the Wayne Foundation during the day.
