i wish him well, I think he got caught up in Caesars business but I will say he should be held accountable since he was kind of the "voice box" for people to even know who CAesar was

i have a feeling he'll just cooperate with law enforcement if he's clean, it's not like he's a street guy

Red flag for dude in the video should have been this n1gga saying he was gonna take 150k and in 5 months give him 45k in interest. A "big time" developer like him should have plugs to lenders that he don't need to borrow from random n1ggas and at a super high a$s rate.

A hard money lender would have cost him may 10% or lower for a 150k loan, so that same 5 months would have only cost him 15k (yearly interest) / 12 months x the 5 months he needed the loan = $6250. So offering to pay someone 45k for the same loan that would cost 6k is crazy.

fu#k you giving someone 150k for in cash is beyond me also. n1ggas watch too many movies lol.
