I'd guess he's hoping to "bounce back" to 2018-2019. It's the last time he played in more than 60 games and he was 3rd team all-NBA and 1st team All-Defense.

He's made (about) $107,125,738 since that season. He shouldn't be promising his FANS a bounce back season. He should be making that pledge to his employer.
