If nas dropped these same albums in 2007 they would all be gold or platinum.

Music is subjective, so there is no universal truth as to who the "goat" is.

For me, it's almost pointless to argue being that as I said music is subjective, but in addition to that, people have different criteria for judging the GOAT. Some people value lyricism more than others, some people value discography more than others. Some people weight cultural impact more than someone else might.

The point I'm making you may be arguing with someone on who is better, but y'all may not even have the same criteria so y'all are arguing from different perspectives/starting points. So in essence y'all may not even be arguing the same thing.
