This bill would establish, until January 1, 2027, the Excluded Workers Program, to be administered by the Employment Development Department upon appropriation by the Legislature, for the purpose of providing income assistance to excluded workers who are ineligible for the existing state or federal benefits administered by the department and who are unemployed. The bill would make individuals eligible to receive $300 per week for each week of unemployment, if the Director of Employment Development makes certain findings, as defined and specified.

Everybody laugh at china and Europe because of their falling birthdate and still don’t get why they do this. In 30 years, there won’t be enough workers to sustain the country as is. The generations of folks having 6+ kids has turned into a generation of folks who don’t even want them. The people want be bachelors and bachelorettes for life, and the “family model” don’t really resonate with the people anymore (which is no accident).

in other words, they are just bringing in new slaves to compensate for the fact that Americans don’t want a family anymore, and are no longer producing enough slave offspring …

It sounds like you would be shocked if you knew how similar 'pro black' and racist whites are when it comes to political views.

In general, black folks are economically liberal, but socially conservative.

Hell, just the other day, I saw a video of Umar saying he thinks interracial relationships hurt the black community - and he agrees with racists that Loving vs Virginia should be repealed.

I'd slap fire out of somebody if they repeal that, but that's another discussion.

Black people aren't a monolith, but I do believe a lot of black social media personalities push a conservative agenda because they're getting paid to do it. Some black people are socially conservative and some are socially liberal. Same goes for any race.

I've also noticed a lot of people on BX who claim to be conservative don't actually know what conservatism is.
