It's not really a pivot when we've all been told that God created everything in the universe. The universe has been coded by an intelligent force, which can be the same God that we know of in the bible.

Why wouldn't religious people be ready for these conversation. If anything, I think religious people would be more open to this. They might have a view that either they're angels or satanic. Oddly, it's the scientific community who rather seem to have an issue with other forms of existence.
