That means the farms are put away from the people and ma$s produced so if one farm worker doesn't wash his hands while handling vegetables.. or one cattle farm has nasty practices now they all do.

It's even worse for produce.. with meat it's cooked.. which makes it safer..

Bottom line the average person that eats meat eats way too much and the all vegetarians don't eat enough.

Dame is an intriguing guy. Every platform he shows up to speak, and not to listen. it's danger in that. You don't learn in that space. You just keep spewing half facts or things that support your claims. Companies take all kind of shortcuts to save $$. I had a cousin that drove delivery trucks for an organic vegetable company. All the stuff was grown indoors in a dirty factory in Bridgeport, CT but we delivered to supermarkets that threw high prices on these sprouts, cranberries, etc and buyers were buying w/ a fake sense of better handling and more healthy.

If you want to talk being vegetarian do know there is a high chance of "doo doo" touching your food if you aren't growing yourself. Even if something is stamped organic you have no clue of the handling or processing.

I definitely do think it’s retirement age. But I’m fully aware that the body isn’t the same. I have a few years til I turn 30. That’s why I said I’m going to wait to I’m 30. At the moment I’m in my 20s with no kids . So yeah it’s nothing delusional about it. 30 is what I have planned for myself.

Bro I stopped drinking in January. Lost 14 pounds and 2 inches on my waist in 3 months. Best thing you can do for yourself.

Eat whatever you like it's your life. The sooner you understand that regardless what you eat especially in the United States that we all end up the same way which is 6 feet under.

i worked at a super market similar to Whole Foods.

i always had that feeling when working there.
