Really beautiful vehicle but every time I see these I just can't help but to think about how it's gonna be a pile of sh1t in 6 to 7 years time.

I've seen some extremely nice Range Rovers, but I just can't take the chance due to the long-term reliability issues.

And this is coming from someone who owns a Jaguar. My car has been extremely reliable, but I still won't roll the dice on a Range.

I was getting service done on my Jag a few months ago and I saw about 3 repair bills while paying for my service. They had them hanging in the plastic covers right next to the receptionist desk where you paid.

I thought that it was odd to have sh1t like that readily visible for anyone who was in that area. Nevertheless, they were there.

Anyway, the lowest repair bill was 8k. The highest was 13k. The crazy thing about it was that these were '21-22 year model vehicles.

I was like "WTF!"

That is terrifying. I wonder if those are simply the raw repair order cost and warranty took the brunt of that. Either way, sh1t is wild.

Given the model years, I would hope that the warranties were covering the cost.

However, even if that's the case, what in the hell is going on with the vehicle requiring that expensive of a repair?

Especially within a 1-2 year time frame.

Everyone I know who currently drives or has owned a Range Rover have complained about how expensive maintenance costs are.

They're a lease option for sure

Mad luxurious for 3-5 years, then flip it back to the dealer.
