Final Fantasy preorders are low

I wouldn't worry. I'm gonna play it extensively and haven't pre-ordered it yet. I usually do it a week before if there's a pre-order bonus. 2 weeks if there's early access.

It's gonna sell fine. There's no real incentive to pre-order. No bonuses worth the super far out pre-order. If they drop a demo the numbers will go up.

Even if it sales fine won’t meet SE high a$s expectations

The digital Deluxe version is a scam and a half. Being on only one platform that's nowhere close to the sales of its predecessor is a huge factor. I'm getting through GameFly. It looks good but something just seems missing with this game.

Even if the game sees a 10% attachment rate on the PS5 that's still only around 4 million copies which is not even close to the sales this game needs to be at to become profitable unless Sony gave them tens of millions up front to offset the exclusivity.

Them make up the difference in two years when it comes to pc

PS gamers buy the most games

Imran's post takes one platform into account. It's still tracking well below FFXV on PS4. PS4 also had a lower install base at that time than PS5 does currently.

Waiting for steam

i cant get excited for this game. it looks boring af. the fighting system looks interesting but everything else looks boring. ill probably still end up playing it, not day one or anything. hope it proves me wrong

I'm a huge FF fan of the games pre X last one burnt me even if it was on Xbox I wouldn't pre-order cause they don't have a good track record of late, and yes I can't buy even if I wanted befor you sony dudes say so. Good luck square I hope you did better this round

Lol FF 7, 8, 9, 10/10-2, 12, and 15 are all still full price...as are things like Diofield Chronicle and Dungeon Encounters...but you think they're gonna drop the price of 16 4 months after it comes out?

Depending if it goes on a sale but role playing games are serious time investments. The last game that took a chunk of time to beat was red dead redemption two.
