But you also have to factor in, if you take too much of the game away from him. What will he do with all the free time?

I think with them wanting to keep focus on the finals v.s the suspension is pretty telling.

I think they hit him with half a season.

The only reason it could possibly be a full season is just because how quick the Grizzlies were to distance themselves from him.

We don't know what happened in those meetings with the Grizz and Silver and the rest of the NBA heads.

But if the Grizz shut him down the same day it happened and Silver is waiting for the Finals to wrap up it's probably because he knows he can stretch the NBA talk.

As much as I know Ja is a goofy trying to impress other goofies, they’re making his punishment personal like they did Kyrie.

The NBA doesn’t have a protocol for sh1t like this. They’re going to create a punishment specifically for what happened and that’s not the best way to handle this. Whatever they give him should be in line with the player conduct policy. Nothing more and nothing less.

Let Ja crash out how he wants to. The only way to learn is to hit the wall. He don’t want to be saved.

I think it's gonna be suspended indefinitely. Maybe there is s path back BUT he will need to show his improved maturity on his own without the NBA.

They can't take the risk. All the physical altercation incidents + he is carrying gunS (plural)! And he won't stop even after you beg him to stop. Next altercation could be deadly.

Won't be a full season considering he didn't do anything criminal. Also the union would step in.
