RaaShaun Casey (born September 3, 1977), known professionally as DJ Envy, is an American disc jockey (DJ), record producer, and radio personality. He is one of the two hosts of the syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club, alongside Charlamagne tha God, on Power 105.1. Casey graduated from Hampton University in 1999 with a degree in business management.

Cesar Pina started his real estate journey early 2006 and has since made a name for himself giving inspiration and motivation to others who want to invest their money. Cesar Pina partnered with Dj envy (Power 105.1) in 2018 and started touring creating seminars for people who want to learn the real estate business. Y'all dont realize the power of old heads and their radio listening. Once your radio show is syndicated, you are set for life

People like my mom, dad, aunt, uncles ain't listening to YouTube, Spotify, podcasts, etc. They still listen to terrestrial radio whenever they drive and they have no intentions of stopping. I work in an office with middle aged people (40-60) and most of them still play regular radio at their desk instead of using apple music
