it used to be dope. then fetty hit the streets & took over pure dope. now they're stretchin it with benzos & horse tranquilizers. its fu#ked up because people would rather have what they're used to instead of bein forced some bullsh1t thats wayyyyyy worse than dope. tranq doesnt respond to narcan because its not dope so theres nothing really to reverse once you're out you out cold. bag of ice to the nuts wont save you

yep..i mean if you ever been physically addicted to a drug you know how hard it is to quit..even for rich people with acccess to best doctors and detoix..

imagine living on the street and trying to kick opiates . .Restless leg syndrome on the streets prob hits alot harder than it does in a bed. .

yeah been there, but never been on the streets. was a dope fiend for 3 years, but did a 5 month detox and it wasn't that bad, towards the end I had some bad rls, but it eventually went away
