I didn't watch it but I saw an early update that said the CMA were appealing for the court case to start sometime at the end of the year.

I check in later and that sh*t is booked in for July.

Also interesting to see it confirmed that if the FTC want to block the deal they now HAVE to file an injunction because the time period to object has passed.

probably in their best interest to work something out before that mid July deadline otherwise its just going to look much worse for them
