A viral TikTok video has led to the arrest of a construction boss in Arizona. The owner of BPH Construction LLP, Brent Michael Hospelhorn, aged 46, was taken into custody following the incident. As reported by the New York Post, he is facing charges of intentional assault with physical injury. The incident occurred when Hospelhorn slapped a female worker who had refused to leave the construction site. He then verbally berated her, telling her to immediately exit the premises using derogatory language, saying, "get the f-ck out of my building right now, f�ing b�ch." When other workers intervened to support the woman, Hospelhorn blamed her and labeled her a "worthless piece of s�t."

I’m glad they recorded the incident because otherwise nothing would’ve been done

Even if found guilty this won’t have a major impact on his career, but hopefully the video is a wake call on how he treats his workers

You go to any construction site in America & it's all Mexicans framing the structure , putting in the plumbing & electrical

Not shocking at all. If you’re from Texas you know it’s only been Mexicans building residential and commercial properties for the past 30 years.
