The reason is to increase popularity and increase the usage. I only use like 2 days a month, but would probably use it at least 3 days a week if it were an app.

The older (3.5) version is free and the most updated (4) model is $20/mo.

Ahh ok… not out for android but honestly so far the app does nothing different than accessing it on the web.

So a chrome bookmark would give you the same access.
