Situations like this are iffy. It goes both ways. Yes, the smoker probably could/should have fu*kin moved. But at the same time, you gotta be careful how you approach folks. And people can technically smoke(legal substances) where they want in a public area as long as they aren't harassing you and/or are a threat.

Honestly, pops should have just moved his kid. sh*t is unfortunate. sh*t like this is exactly why you gotta be careful when offending people. sh*t can got left real quick. Crazy, hotheaded mothafu*kas like the stabber in the OP are out there. And its more common than people think.

I was in New Orleans last month and was pushing my 3 year old on the swings when @ showed up with his kid and started smoking a blunt on the swing next to us. I picked up my kid and went to a different part of the park.

People need to just move on from a situation instead of trying to tell another adult what to do. Now he’s dead and someone is gonna be balls deep in his fiancé in a couple years

I used to work at a Starbucks in the heart of my city. Anytime you would tell cats not to do certain things smoke week, (before it was legal), stop begging for change, etc. They would just blow up. It’s truely sad. RIP to this man

If it was weed or cigs I can understand but vape smoke goes away in 10 seconds tops especially if you’re outside.

Do you really get satisfaction from acting out of character on an anonymous online forum?

This is why years ago I made the decision, if I can remove myself there is no reason to confront a stranger about anything. And if I have no choice but to say something, even something as innocent as not to vape in front of my family, I am on high alert until me and that individual are no longer in the same area.

Last weekend I took the entire family (wife and three kids) out to eat. As we are waiting for our table outside the front door there was a guy smoking a cigarette. We just shifted down away from the front door and the smoker.

This a crazy world. It just ain’t worth it.
