That's different and I'm happy. Would've been disappointed if they went The Joker route. I think Joker needs a break right now. Batman has too many interesting villains and ways to use them to simply settle for 1-2 for every reboot

All this time, we've wanted to see other villains get some shine. Clayface deserves this.

I can see him as an extremely vain actor that’s getting older and can’t fathom letting go of the spotlight so he’s constantly undergoing surgery and goes insane. Probably won’t be the main villain though. Something like Rick Dalton.

I wouldn't mind them going TAS route..have him, like u said, be an older actor hiding an ugly scar behind the clay..him running out and doing one last job for the mafia that runs the clay company..have him look excatly like Bruce and commit some crime..and the movie can be batman proving Bruce's innocence

That BTAS episode was so damn good bruh. I think someone like Bradley Cooper would k*ll this role. Maybe even John Krasinski.

I'm all for this, can't wait to see how they pull this off

Hopefully they build towards the Long Halloween story… that would be perfect for the type of batman they have Pattison playing
