and getting ((((((nothing) in return. No artwork no liner notes no lyrics no disc in LOSSLESS QUALITY.

You get access to more music than you could ever listen to in sh*t QUALITY
and to have a MAJOR LABEL APPROVED algorithm recommend you music, that's what you get.

and because people d*ckride any new tech innovation and the audience stopped demanding CD's this has enabled the labels aka spotify to pay artists JACK sh*t PENNIES. and they still get paid the same regardless. There is no incentive to make GREAT ALBUMS anymore. THE LABELS GET PAID REGARDLESS. It's all for show.

SPOTIFY/STREAMING is the labels way of making sure INDEPENDENT MONEY LIKE MASTER P's and DJ SCREW's and BIRDMANs NEVER happen again. The labels CONTROL over MUSIC ITSELF is almost absolute now.

I'm not an artist. My opinion on the matter is irrelevant because I don't speak on things I don't know about. I also don't give a sh*t who is getting paid since I'm not a pocket watching loser. I've gone back to downloading my music instead of streaming. You use less battery and can guarantee FLAC qualities. Can play through a workday and leave with my phone still at like 70-80.

Just need the storage and with that being so cheap nowadays you can easily build a nice collection on or offline.

Not much new music I care about and I have most my music saved in hdd’s This sh*t don’t affect me at all. Can’t imagine paying a monthly subscription for listening to music

I listen to pandora every 6-8 months just for new music from similar artist I like. Then I go to YouTube and rip that sh*t. I be damn if I pay for a streaming service.
