At the crib? Vehicle? Gym? Public(clubs, festivals, outside)

I know this depends largely on the type of music, but in general I like listening to music while be active(playing ball, working out etc). For some reason I digest albums better while going for a run or shooting around in the gym.

For me music is cultural.

Like when we out on the block, or about to play ball against another team, or remembering our homies, we have different songs to commemorate.

At home, it's more about discovery, learning, paying attention to the production, and thinking

So I think the question can't be answered because it depends.

On my 20-25 min car ride to work. I'm by myself so I can fully digest the product. I can rewind as many times as needed. As low or loud as I want it. Uninterrupted.

Long walks.

Now?. At work, in my office. I honestly don’t have time to listen to music at all these days and if I do it’s some old sh*t because I don’t have the time to dissect new lyrics. In the whip I mostly listen to podcast now. because of my commute.
