Had my sh*t in a walking boot for week, then only balling in acg boots outdoors only no indoor for almost whole summer.

Never had injury shut me down like that & the fu*king shock jolting from the swelling after a high ankle sprain will make you break a backboard

Same here bro…I went to there ER for a sprain that just happened, he told me I had bone fragments from a previous.
I used to have to put on those lace up braces, luckily when your young it heals up quick, if it happened now I’d be done.
