When you said birth I was like no way. I didnt know Dexter Laboratory came out in 96 .. wow. I thought Powerpuff Girls and Hey Arnold was older for some reason. Hey Arnold came out in 96 as well but it was released later 96 vs Dexter came out March of 96. So I can believe Dexter birth all of those shows you listed. It was some good times watching them.

Incorrect. Dexter was one of many test pilots for "Cartoon Cartoons" - a test bed run by Cartoon Network with production carried out by Hannah-Barbera and Cartoon Network Studios. Where basically various creators where given the opportunity to turn their idea into a cartoon. You could literally send in your idea for a show and if it was good, they'd turn it into a cartoon.

Dexter was just the first to be picked up.
