Yeah that Warlock casting was a lil off but Dev Patel would be a good Reed I think.

Also the guy from the Elvis movie is lobbying hard to play Johnny from what I’ve read. That would be a worst pick than Patel to me.

Nothing against Dev, but for the introduction of the first family of Marvel I want something that is accurate to the source material, not some diversity pushing bullsh*t. They gonna make an Indian Reed Richards, with an Asian Woman Sue Storm, Mexican Human Torch and Ukrainian The Thing.

If they wanna do some multiverse sh*t down the line I'm fine with that, but not for the first real introduction of the whole team.

Anyone who's fine with that, I dont wanna hear no complaints from any of BX when Disney evidently tries to pull this bullsh*t below and claim he's a "South African" Black Man

But it's not the first real introduction of the fantastic four. Marvel has done it several times. The MCU doesn't have to be source accurate. Comic writers aren't held to those same standards, characters get retconned all the time when new writers take over. As long as the movie is entertaining and done well who cares about race? It's a modern day fairytale, why does it need to be accurate?

I thought I read something that said Adam Driver was being eyed for the role. Seems like it changes every month.

If you really cared about the comics you’d try to make things look as closely as you remembered it as a kid. I think these people care more about politicizing everything more so than the actual material and that’s what worries me about Marvel.

I like dev but no, I honestly think it should be John and Emily anything else is sub par.
They both are good actors, both are very interested for reasons more than just a paycheck, the fans want it, wins all around.
