Welp its that time of the year when this upgrade/trade in sh*t for Sprint with Tmobile folks like me gives me a headache.
Finding a Customer service rep with a brain who understands our situation and wont fu*k us over hitting the wrong button eliminating our grandfathered plan.

So true. I just purchased an unlocked phone from Samsung, and I'm going to take it in to a T-Mobile store to get my number transferred. I figured that was the safest way to handle it.

I just want a SD card slot again.

Right. I buy unlocked and just activate the eSIM. Don't even speak to anyone at T-Mobile. I know they'll fock up my grandfathered plan. And on purpose probably.

I'm so mad I traded in my note for the s22.
My wife thought she was "surprising me" pulled the trigger before I did the full research. My only blessing was the military plan which gave me three streaming services free and a bunch of other stuff, but no sd slot which I really liked

I'll probably just keep this phone forawhile because I know I'm not getting anything back for it , Samsung doesn't even have it on the list of phones that are eligible for a trade in , on its website, and it's only two years old
