I saw I car flip over in front of me in the middle of the night, like 2am or some sh*t. It was nobody on the road so I was like wtf. Car just flipped and was upside down on the shoulder of the highway. I stop and hop out and dude had already crawled out the car. He said he hit a deer.

I looked on the highway (29 for my MD n*ggas) was full of deer chunks lol. sh*t smelled horrible too. I was got damn. It was a miracle dude aint seem to have a scratch on em.

Ugh are you suggesting video evidence wouldn't make it easier to write their reports? You do know if there are witnesses at the scene they're interviewed? A witness with video evidence would be the best proof of what actually happened.
