I was confused on why they are suing now. But I can get suing I guess after I read this

Nike also said BAPE “refused” to stop the alleged violations when asked.

But fu*k that, they been selling Bapesta's for over 20 years in Nikes face, while collaborating with MAJOR brands, so it would be fu*ked up to sue for crazy "damages" if all the years they have been selling them has been taken into account.

I say its fair to get damages from the point they asked them to stop whenever that was and BAPE told them to fu*k off lol.

Nike need to worry about why Reps be having the same quality or sometimes better quality at times with less defects, while their sh*t be coming from their factory with excess glue and random other sh*t that be getting it sent back from StockX for failing inspections when the bi*ch was brand new out the box.

Usually not a fan of big companies going after smaller ones, but have a bit of creativity. Straight up stealing other people's ideas is lazy and you deserve to be held accountable.
