Yeah. Outside of the US, all content that Disney owns is put on Disney+. No matter the rating or subject matter.

Disney has had several subsidiaries that they used to release their more adult material. In the 90's it was Hollywood and Miramax. So, Disney produced Pulp Fiction and other films you wouldn't a*sociate with their brand.

Since the acquisition of Fox they now have 20th Century Fox (which this movie is being released under) and Searchlight Pictures (more middle of the road films)
