Seems to me like this was a compliance car for Corvette to show they’re electrifying their offering. The crappy tiny battery is probably the best they can do for now. I would never buy this model even if I had the money, it’s basically a test car. 2-3 years from now they’ll have a fully electrified one or a proper hybrid with much better range.

EV batteries lose about half their range in very cold weather, regardless of car make.

If you can go 250 miles in 50 degree weather, your car will probably get 125 miles in -10 degree weather.
