...Even before Wanda leveled up and was still just throwing red energy around she had Thanos well on his way to dying until the "rain fire" moment.

In a straight up one on one battle she could break every bone in his body and peel him apart atom by atom until there's nothing left and Thanos wouldn't be able to do anything about it. She created a whole universe by just speaking 3 words. Wanda is a multiversal-level threat who could literally take Thanos, Dr. Manhattan and Superman all on at the same time.
