CIA documents indicate Lee Harvey Oswald was involved in a secret intelligence operation roughly three months before the a*sassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963, an investigator claimed this week.

Jefferson Morley, a journalist and author, made the a*sertion during a press conference in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, less than two weeks before President Joe Biden’s December 15 deadline to release still-classified records related to the a*sassination.

“What the CIA is hiding is what they’ve always hidden, which is their sources and methods as they relate to Lee Harvey Oswald,” Morley said at the National Press Club, according to the Independent. “We’re talking about smoking-gun proof of a CIA operation involving Lee Harvey Oswald,” he added, a*serting that it took place in the summer of 1963.

Kennedy was a*sassinated at the age of 46 on November 22, 1963, in Dallas. Soon after, Oswald, a former Marine and onetime defector to the Soviet Union, was arrested and charged with the k*llings of Kennedy and Dallas police officer J.D. Tippit.

Although Oswald denied k*lling Kennedy and claimed he was a “patsy,” he was never tried — Oswald was shot dead at the age of 24 on national television at the Dallas Police headquarters by nightclub owner Jack Ruby.

The federal government has long claimed Oswald acted alone and was not tied to the CIA, but Morley says he and attorneys with the Mary Ferrell Foundation have received documents, via a lawsuit, that suggest the agency used Oswald for intelligence purposes in a secret operation approved by top CIA brass in the months leading up to the JFK a*sassination, Newsweek reported.

“This is an extraordinarily serious claim, and it has profound implications for the official story,” Morley said. “The CIA knew far more about the lone gunman than then they are admitting even today. So this story deserves the closest possible scrutiny.”

When Oswald returned the to the United States after his defection to the Soviet Union, he reportedly advocated on behalf of Castro and his communist regime at a time when Kennedy sought to oust the dictator during the height of the Cold War. Still-secret documents in the file of now-dead CIA agent George Joannides, who is known to have infiltrated pro-Cuban groups, could provide proof of an operation designed to discredit U.S. supporters of Cuban leader Fidel Castro, Morley said, per the Independent.

Morley is the vice president of the Mary Ferrell Foundation, which in October sued Biden and the National Archives, accusing the government of failing to implement the 1992 JFK Records Act, even though tens of thousands of documents have already been released.

Last fall, Biden ordered a delay in the planned release of all remaining JFK files, but allowed for an interim release in December 2021, and set a December 15, 2022, deadline for full disclosure following a redactions process.

Yep I believe there were 3 dates they were trying to k*ll him, Chicago was the first which I believe JFK had a planned trip there like 2 weeks before Dallas and it got cancelled. If Dallas failed they had a 3rd attempt in Miami in a week or so. So if you read about how they do sh*t like this for patsies, apparently in Dallas there were a few LHO doplegangers around to increase his visibility, same thing was going on in Chicago. There was an attempt on a trip that Kennedy made to Chicago that year, but something went wrong and they had to retry in Dallas. And yeah, I read they had contingency plans in other states in case the Dallas hit was unsuccessful.

It wasn’t even physically possible, he wasn’t on the 6th floor nor was Kennedy even shot from there

Simplest solution, LHO was supposed to have shot JFK and taken off, went home to grab his pistol, shoot Officer Tippits and have all paraffin tests on his face and hands come up negative? Even had he went home and showered before he went to the movie theater and shot officer Tippits, no matter the order, it would be imnpossible for the paraffin tests to come up negative. He didn't even fire a gun that day.

I read through these transcripts of witnesses' accounts and none of them are solid alibis. They're people saying they saw him eating lunch at some point before the shooting, but not at the time of the shooting. And his supervisor testified he had access to the 6th floor.

he would have to sprint up there and get in position to shoot just minutes later, I believe the elevator wasn't working during the time as it was under maintenance so people woulda had to see him going up while going down. No witnesses have him on the 6th floor.

Paraffin tests again conclude he didn't fire a gun that day.

His "murder weapon" was far from being in condition to have pulled of the job. Originally the sniper rifle found was reported to be a Mauser. Later they changed the rifle to be one like his which was a Carcano. Mind you the person who found the gun also owned a sports store on the side and knew guns so to misidentify a gun like that woulda been a silly mistake.

Mind you there was like triangular fire on him, likely the roof of the school book depository, one likely on roof in hotel across the street, and I believe there was one on grassy knoll. This def guy Ed Hoffman witnessed the shooter on the grassy knoll but was ignored when he tried to tell the cops because they didn't understand him.

Another witness who saw people in the area too. I strongly recommend you look up how many witnesses died within like 3 years of this a*sassination, a lot of people dying in single car accidents. Lee Bowers is one, some people who refused to change stories were either k*lled or dismissed. Looking into the whole investigation it's beyond egregious how it was all handled, the investigation was a sham. Warren Commission did a sham investigation. Some time in the 70s there was a Senate committee that investigated the Kennedy a*sassination and concluded there was a conspiracy. Its likely if LHO wasn't k*lled by Jack Ruby, who also likely k*lled Tippits, LHO would've won his trial because the case against him was weak to say the least.

Another point to think about, Governor McConnel who was sitting in the front seat and also shot, where his leg shot, the angle would indicate the shots were coming from the roof of the TSBD and not the 6th floor. SIngle shooter theory is beyond silly when you investigate this who thing.
