Rock seems to get attention for it because work ethic and genetics allow him to get insane results.

I have a pretty muscular frame myself, and I haven't been to the gym regularly in 12 years. I grew up in rural Virginia and served in the army as well, so I bulked up in my late teens and early 20s from those experiences. I'm guessing genetics allowed me to keep my frame over the years. If I actually went to the gym, I could probably achieve the Shannon Sharpe look after some time. I turn 40 next summer.
