So. An in-house general counsel did due diligence of internal files to check for legal liabilities before handing over said files for public viewing. That sounds like he was doing his job to be honest

Also, why is Hunter getting a private sector job from off of his father a scandal? Seems to be the natural course of the public to private pipeline.

(During 2020) NY Post and Trumps allies try to drop a New Story telling the people about the Laptop and whats on it.

B. Social Media k*lls the story and literally bans everyone trying to spread the info (NY Post, US Press Sec, regular users, Journalist etc). Twitter was even going into DMs and stopping you from spreading it. FB said they didn't outright ban folk but they shadowbanned mentions it so it couldn't spread.

US Gov, 90% of the News/Journalist, and Social Media companies come out basically united saying it is fake, Russian propaganda, MAGA/Far Right Lies

C.
Trump and a few allies try to get the news to the public (specifically the "Hard" part). He even tried to bring it up in the Pres Debate only to get shouted down by the moderator and Biden for spreading "fake news". There is an infamous 60min interview that tried to make him look crazy for insinuating that the laptop was real.

Now everyone is admitting the laptop story was always real. Some are saying that they "just" found a way to confirm the info. We found out that the FBI/Intelligence community knew about the laptop being real in 2018/2019. They always knew it had nothing to do with hacked info or Russia info.

B.
The news/Biden admin is spinning it as Trump and them just wanna talk about the "easy" stuff. No one is covering any of the "Hard" stuff except the people who were "conspiracy theorist and/or spreading Russian propaganda.

C. (We are here)
We are finding out that Twitter was working with the Democrats to k*ll stories/get users banned during the 2020 election cycle (especially the Hunter story). They knew they didn't have the policy backing to support the decision but did it anyway. This is one of what appears to be an ongoing practice of bias to support Dem approved news (at least with Twitter).

We also know that the social media (Twitter, FB, Google, etc) companies were getting briefed monthly leading up to the election by certain parts of the FBI. One could argue this is why they all acted in unison.


TL:DR... It isn't about drugs and nakie pics. It is a corruption/collusion story. I am skimming over the story.
