As far as Take’s family I knew this sh*t would happen as soon as he was murdered. Having will’s is not talked about much in minority families.

This is going to be horrendous, no way around it. The lawyers will eat most of this man's proceeds and leave crumbs for his children and family to be divided over. The family need to be on the same page while educating themselves about publishing, royalties, licensing, IP likeness, etc. real fast before the so call homies, onlookers and others will put their hand in the cookie jar and get a piece that never wasn't theirs in the first place. We've seen this movie before plenty of times

Propz. Althought they had a kid together, they werent married, so i was kinda thinkin Nipsey family will not see her as a part of the family when it comes to the business side of things.

I prefer a policy with living benefits myself

If bro didn't have kids, that money has to go somewhere and it's gonna be ugly. I know of someone passing unexpectedly and left around 150k to nobody in the will. I'm a*suming it goes to the parents.
