How is his job any different from ours? make 1.? mil per year to do this job, now he's getting paid 29.? mil a year to do the exact same job. Don't act like you wouldn't leave your current job for the same job getting paid 28x more. Stop it.

I can't count the number of times a winning Div I basketball coach left his school for more money after he took his team to the Final Four and his contract was up.

I attended an HBCU that was next door to another HBCU.

Both were sh*tty a*s schools. I was a music major, and they didn't even have a percussion instructor for me for the first month of class.

On top of that, while I'll defend my people all day, every day, that most of us aren't the violent criminals 'they' want to portray us as, FAR too many of us are apathetic towards the dudes that are - almost creating a safe haven for them.

At the HBCU's I've attended, the hood element was deep. I almost got robbed twice, and got chased by a car once, without knowing what the end result was going to be. I can imagine it wasn't to hand me a bean pie and a 'Final Call', though.

Black people can't really have sh*t, 'cause the thug element in our community is going to ruin it for us. White folks don't want them around, and we just feel guilted into accepting them - then made to feel bad for not wanting to be live around it.

This is why you have to do what's best for you, because a lot of black people don't have high standards, and get mad at the people who do.

Deion pimped the community using God. The community feel some type of way. Mass media doing what mass media does telling the black community to suck it up and be happy. You aren't allowed to feel.

Nobody was talking about jsu before and won't be talking about them after. Which goes against the pipe dream fed to them.
