Ask yourself this for a moment—which is hyped up more in the MSM, black history month or pride month? You've been hoodwinked by the left, and I think it's about damn time you wake up and grow a backbone.

The history of this word is like a long a*s game of Telephone. It lost it's original meaning the more different people started using it. "Stay woke" used to be used by black folks as a way of staying aware of the issues that the mainstream won't talk about. Everybody else was sleeping on these issues, so you gotta stay woke. The problem is, all the liberal white folks with black friends heard that term, and started misusing it around other white folks as a way to describe someone as sympathetic and inclusive.

So now, old white folks like DeSantis use that word as a placeholder for anything Democrats say or think. Also I feel like when white folks use woke as an insult to sympathetic white folks, they might as well be calling them n!gger lovers.
