Ny weed prices marked up for no reason

I swear its a smoke shop every 5 blocks out here in Atlanta. Some plaza’s have 2-3 smoke spots in them. Yeah all the smoke shops shady. Most of them smell like weed.

I went to one spot they had a lot of weed in the case. I asked how are you able to sell this without a license not a dispensary, I wanted to know how to do it. They had a jar of rocks plain old rocks

They said buy the rock for how ever much weed you want, one gram for 20 dollars, give 20 dollars for the rock, get 20 dollars worth of weed, can't sell weed in NY without a license, but can give it as a gift.

Had to watch to make sure they didn't get where I go

Smoke shops are popping up all over the place in Brooklyn almost all of them are selling dab pens

I was addicted to those pens honestly liked them more then smoking real weed
