This guy is basically being charged with the murder because he shot into a Crowd...Not because his Bullet actually hit Takeoff!
If a person dies while someone is committing a Felony, the person committing the Felony can be charged with the murder...Regardless if his Bullet is the actual one that K!lled the victim or Not!

If you watch the press release they said they have video evidence of him shooting takeoff twice. ..they also said they found out who he was a because there is also a video of him putting a bottle down at the bowling alley and they grabbed his fingerprints off that bottle as well as staging the crime scene..The feds have video of what really happened

Yes when someone dies when you commit a felony, you're responsible. He'll get sentenced.

Shooting into a crowd can’t get you charged for murder tho if you didn’t murder anyone

That would be Unlawful Discharge of a Weapon, which is a class 4 felony. That’s not murder

News said that they found him because they had surveillance of a guy holding a champagne bottle in one hand and pointing a gun at takeoff in another. They took prints off that bottle and got him. Apparently he got another body in self defense some years ago when someone tried to rob him.

Thats very possible but if they have him on camera why give him bond and tell him to stay away from EVERYONE related to J Prince. Seems to me that if you got your guy then its case closed and no need to set all the other stipualtions
