Man I'm really getting old and just focus on sh*t I'm familiar with, cause never heard of either of these dudes or the knockoff Nikes

With regard to the Jordan 1 design, it's my understanding that Nike didn't trademark that silhouette until fairly recently. Around that same time, Omi changed the lines/design of the shoe. This is the reason, next to the shoe laces, it's a straight line instead of a squiggle. I can't speak on the other shoe designs.

Omi normally yells about how he didn't break the law/do anything wrong for months/years, then takes a deal/settlement that he shouldn't take because he actually found a loophole but then starts to doubt himself. This will probably play out the same way.
