Treated myself pretty nicely for Black Friday stuff, as well as some free pickups from my mom's garage.
Homedics Drift Kinetic Sand Sculpture- This thing is sick. Motorized table art that pulls a ball bearing through the sand to draw different designs, comes with an app with 100's of designs. Got a buddy who does wood work that's going to drop it in a coffee table for me soon. Cole Haan Shoes- One comfortable pair for working at home and errands, some leather upper whites, and some wingtips i've had my eye on forever. Helped my mom clean out her garage over the holidays and grabbed 2 things there. An electric fireplace she was going to put on facebook marketplace. Going to sand and paint it black. Also had a golf cart in there that had been sitting for years. Took a few hours to replace all the batteries, wheels/tires, and rewire a few things that rats had chewed up but she's running again. Spent about $1,000 in parts, but will probably end up selling it for $3,000 or so. And last but not least, the real "treat yourself" item, 4 ct black diamond tennis bracelet. So….. Was able to cop 2 pairs of Lost & Founds; one for my son, the other I needed to sell on GOAT just to re-buy my girl her size 8.5. Then unexpectedly hit on the AMM 4’s. The Mitchell & Ness stuff is for me for Xmas. Also copped a few new vinyl’s for my collection. I’ll repost once they all come in.

I purchased a pair of Jordan 1 Lost & Founds directly from Nike and when I opened the box… MOLD! Nothing crazy, but moldy none the less… I instantly called Nike after opening the box and while reading on Reddit while on hold, people were talking abt Nike giving out full refunds due to this issue and letting people keep the shoes…
I called, told them my situation & was refunded fully AND TOLD TO KEEP THE SHOES!!! It was a Christmas Miracle!!! S/O to NIKE for doing the right thing. |
