This. Clipse NEEDED that album tho after a long hiatus. Whole joint felt like a barred out, live studio session where they both plugged in and k*lled it back and forth. Jay at this point had already proven his status on the mic. Clipse needed that for the crib.

Jay could've bodied them all. These beats ain't better than what's on the album though. He did the right thing passing

That might also explain Jay on Blue Magic. That song sounds like it wasn’t recorded during the American Gangster album sessions. Sounds like it could’ve been a leftover from Hell Hath No Fury

It's funny because Hell Hath no fury was an instant classic and Kingdom Come was disappointing and I consider it to be his worst project. Even worst I consider "anything" to be the worst song.

Just remember that not everyone can do the same thing with the same beats. No way in hell do I think Push rapping over n*ggas in Paris works as well and blows up the way it does.

I hate when producers do this man...who cares... Also Jay is a historical biter who only strategically rocks with producers after someone else blows collabing with them organically... Dmx worked with Dame grease and made classics...Jay reaches out to Grease...dmx does songs with Swizz...Jay does a song with Swizz...Jada does a song with RKelly...Jay drops an album with him...Jada does a song with Maya...JayZ does a song with mya. Nore reintroduces the world to the Neptune's post Rumpshaker...Jay then works with the Neptune's. Jay would've never collabed with Kanye organically outside of production....akanye blows up organically then wants to do collabs....it's corny...who cares who passed on a bear, appreciate the ones who rocked on it. I hate these situations because it's like the jaded lover... Oh I couldn't have who I really wanted so I married you type ish...but it's like yo appreciate who loved your art enough to be inspired to make history with it
