my folks had bought a duplex. let his struggling sister move in and pay less than half the market rate. 2 bdrm was 1300 at that time. he let her move in for 500, no deposit or nothing. some months she wouldn't have the 500. but what was irking him was how hard she was kicking it

she literally had a parade of dudes coming through there. couple of times dudes was f*ghting each over her out front. he told her get her sh*t together and he was taking a loss to make sure her and her kids was good

she went bad on him in front of the whole block about 'don't worry about who i'm fu*king, don't try and regulate me'. she tore up a bunch of sh*t in the house and moved to her homegirls couch. ten years later her and her 4 kids are still bouncing from friends house to friend house.

if you got an irresponsible family member with multiple kids, it's a for sure L to do anything above the bare minimum

I’m Christmas shopping for my sisters this weekend and taking them out to an expensive dinner for new years.

My sisters don’t have any kids, and don’t embarrass me with the social media shenanigans. I treat em like queens to let em know their standards should be high.

I have a cousin like this she has 5 kids also…couldn’t understand when I was little how she was so broke with no job but kept popping them out until she invited me to move into her new 2 story house if I covered the bills..
