32x was not a true 32 bit system. It displayed more colors and some advantages.
No game development Most of the upgrades were trash like MK2 on genesis vs 32x Games were 69.99 This when Sega of America was starting fu*k up I still feel bitter about how they fumbled saturn and Dreamcast. i owned both |

It was a wasted investment for sega.
The games didn't meet the hype. It looked like a toilet bowl. |

I did not take the bait with the Sega CD or the 32x.
Sega CD was tempting tho because I really wanted Eternal Champions with the new characters & endings. 3DO was about to get copped too cuz it was the only console that had Super SFII Turbo at the time. sh*t was ruff back then. ![]() |

![]() I was looking at that kid like he was Jesus come back because I had wanted a Sega forever. Had my a*s playing Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein just cuz I could lmfao. Had no idea what was going on. There was a cool Jurassic park point/click game too, just wish I was old enough to understand the puzzles. | |
