I just cut that bird up like a chicken and fried it pieces by piece.. that brine had it tasting like a Kentucky fried turkey... best turkey ive ever had in my life...
Definitely won't be frozen if you cut it up then brine it... its the ice that make your sh*t explode .. people don't thaw out there sh*t for long enough. It can take 24 hours. Last edited by seatownslayer; 11-27-2022 at 05:12 PM.. |

What idiot fried a turkey indoors. I know he was a D plus student in highschool.
It's simple. Brine, season, go outside, fill about 1/2 way with oil, turn off the burner, lower slowly, turn fire back on, have a beer, done |
