Jalen the perfect PG to have around someone like Luka, can space off the ball, and when he got it, can create for everyone.. Mark wanted to be cheap

Thats true, but Mavs are not serious contenders with this core. They won't win when they play against the complete teams in a 7 game series.

2012 Bron won the title, a gold medal, then damn near won unanimous mvp for 12/13 season
08 Kob lost in the finals, won gold, then won his 4th ring
08 Bron/wade/melo played in the olympics with Kobe and came back that next year and bron won mvp, Melo made WCF, and Wade won scoring title

Luka admitted during the offseason he wasnt taking fitness that serious. He's the face of an NBA team & in alot of future great talks.
Its going to be hard to convince him to treat the summer like the season since hes been so extremely successful doing it his way.
