Wish I was in Columbus for this. I remember 2006, man people were burning couches, I saw bare arguments from salty a*s Michigan fans. It's like the city fu*king stopped for those three hours.

The only other time Ohio State and Michigan was undefeated coming into this game was 2006.
Was blessed to be in the building for that one. Definitely an unforgetful day.
Was also the last grass game played at Ohio Stadium.
It rained off and on for weeks leading up to the game in 2006 and at the time the HS State Championships was played at Ohio Stadium. Ohio Has 7 HS Divisions so the field was pretty beat up. As a result they put down a new grass field prior to the game at a cost of $72,000 for 1 Game because we stormed the field after and ripped it up for souvenirs. A piece of that field still grows nicely in the yard of my old home in Akron.

Ohio State will likely never go back to grass because in 2000–01 they renovated the stadium sinking the field 25 feet in order to increase seating capacity. As a result the field is now obstructed from direct sunlight.
