Still the golden standard for “sneakers”…the silhouettes are still dope…a dope silhouette usually keeps it’s appeal no matter what the shoe is

Nostalgia

Jordan's are a legacy brand when it comes to sneakers. And likely the most well known sneaker ever. They also have influenced the entire sneaker industry. That would be like telling someone to not buy Goodyear tires. Or Sony electronics. Or any other proven quantity as far as brand recognition goes. I buy all kinds of Nikes and a some Adidas as well. My Jordan collection isn't what it used to be, but it's because I don't buy as many sneakers as I used to.

It's really the way they worship these brands. We loved them, but we wouldn't buy every pair. We had J's like love and J's we hated.
