Testing my max today and tomorrow to set a base to work off of for the next 7 weeks.

Squat= 225 1 rep Max (PR)

Bench= 245 1 rep max (PR). Yo honestly I know I could do more cuz I hit it fairly easy, but couldn’t go up cuz the gym was closing.

Im gonna try intermittent fasting for the next two months. 16 off, 8 on.

i would be on the toliet forever.

how is it possible to cosume 400 protein but only 168 carbs.

cannot lose because i drink all my carbs.
