This right here is my unimaginative struggle bx member bachelor all purpose spice rack


The cool runnings spice is new (for me), saw it and decided to pick it up. Tried it once already, not bad image

Man ....I was a Spices kingpin ....

But I been falling back lately when my uncle said all them spices and seasonings along with alcohol led to him getting GOUT at a young age in his opinion

So I been spooked this year

Ive been picking up milder non cultural seasonings like meat tenderizers and generic grill seasonings with lower sodium content

The most extreme I will go these days is Lemon pepper

That's just the ATL influence in me

Lol

But I'm going hard on SAUCES this year

Last month I got tired of commuting and endangering my life visiting Harold's chicken every other week off Old Nat and the one in Zone 6

So I decided to buy a whole gallon of Mild sauce




I PUT DAT sh*t ON ERETHANG!!

its the Spice "Blends" that has Sodium, Anti-Caking Agent, Food Colorings, Artificial flavors and Fillers like sand that gets you...

But if you use Single Raw Seasonings like Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Tumeric, Paprika, Black pepper and Control your Salt levels by using only Salt instead of Salted spice Blends then you should be Fine!

only "Blended" seasoning I keep in my Cabinet is Adobo...Only Non-Organic spice I keep is MSG at which I can control the Levels when needed!

Like other folks said tho, just get the individual spices and you can make your own blend with no preservatives or salt or msg etc.
