In an interview with Vogue published online on Wednesday, Rihanna was asked whether she had turned down the Super Bowl in solidarity with Kaepernick. “Absolutely,” she said. “I couldn’t dare do that. For what? Who gains from that? Not my people. I just couldn’t be a sellout. I couldn’t be an enabler. There’s things within that organization that I do not agree with at all, and I was not about to go and be of service to them in any way.”

To be fair, it did end up looking a lot like Kaep was being goofy. He said he wanted to play, then said the NFL is a slave camp, then went back trying to fu#king play while also not being serious about it. Why would anyone continue to follow that?

Since then Kap stiffed the NFL on a workout Jay helped get him. Instead he held his own. And the Raiders gave him a chance and appearently it was bad. He had his chances.

Kap and Nessa were hustling that social justice bag. As soon as Jay realized he wasn’t on some real sh1t, Jay snatched that whole movement from them.

Can’t say anybody was right or wrong. Big bank take little bank…

Kaepernick was all the way a$s backwards, his original platform the kneeling, was honorable but his whole other agenda was wrong. He's supposed to be some activist but I cant tell you anything he's ever done. Haven't heard him bring attention to any injustice except his own. And since she said that the NFL bent the knee to that man many times over. So kindly she can do whatever she wants.

After that, I was done with him

He didn't wanna play

Definitely wasn't that, they're both good people, both consistent

His pride got in the way

It's probably even more complex than that

It's easy to sit here and be an arm chair psychologist when we didn't experience it

Jay did that because he was told at some point he would be given an opportunity to buy a team or buy into the team for a premium price
