5'10, 166, i weighed 164 last week, but shiiiiiiiieet I just had a 12 piece from popeyes today so I KNOW damn well I packed on about 3 pounds extra...I was 150 for the longest. from the top of the year until like August i was in the 150-155 range. up and down.

God I thought you'd be at least 5'8 or something, you're a midget M... even I'm taller than you and I was short as f**k in high school... you're kind of less attractive now... secretaries aren't supposed to be that short...
on topic* I'm 5'6 and the last time I checked, which has been in about maybe 2 years, I was about 155 going on 160 pounds.... Since then I've hardly worked out until recently and I ate like it was thanksgiving everyday... and I must have some good internal machines because I'm not obese yet... I'm not even fat, just have some flab in certain areas... I don't expect that too last though... when I get older, if I don't watch it, the slightest misstep in food intake will probably make me a blimp within a month.. will be slimming down to 130 and be pure muscle in about a year though. I intensified my workouts 10X what I did before and I'm watching what I eat ![]() I'ma be lookin like this guy [pic - click to view] |

6'4" 171 lbs this year 193 lbs last year Dr. prescribed Adderall= instant weight loss. I fell all the way to 155 lbs before I stopped taking the adderall. I been hitting the gym hard ever since. Plan on getting to 210 lbs in 2010 by May. | |
